Welcome to Grabity (“the App”). By downloading or using this App, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store policies.

2. Ownership

The App, including all graphics, code, and content, is owned by Eugene Jeong. All rights are reserved.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App.
• You may not use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable laws.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases such as “Remove Ads.” Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. All payments and billing are managed by Apple and are subject to their policies. We do not provide refunds outside Apple’s system.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App may display ads. Ad content is provided by third-party networks. We are not responsible for third-party content or links.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
