Terms of Use

Effective Date: 2025 September 5th

1. Subscription

• Dazy Premium is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a lifetime one-time purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.

2. Features

Premium unlocks additional themes, custom backgrounds, iCloud backup, privacy lock, photo timeline, and other advanced features.

3. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple Support.

4. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App functional but provide no warranties regarding uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
