1. Common Questions
- Ads not showing or too frequent? Ads are provided by third-party networks. Sometimes availability varies. You can remove ads permanently via in-app purchase.
- Restore Purchases? If you reinstalled the App or changed devices, tap the “Restore Purchases” button in settings to unlock your ad-free purchase again.
- Game progress lost? Grabity stores progress locally. Deleting the App also deletes local progress. At this time, cloud sync is not available.
