Housie (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

• Property Data: All house details, prices, and notes entered in the app are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud. We do not transmit this data to our own servers.
• Photos: Property photos are stored on your device's local storage.
• Purchases: Payment processing is handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive your credit card details.

2. How We Use Information

• To calculate mortgage payments, ROI, and rental yields locally on your device.
• To sync your data across your devices via iCloud (if enabled).

3. Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store (in-app purchases)
• iCloud (data synchronization managed by Apple)

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not store your financial or property data on external servers. You can delete your data at any time by deleting the property within the app or removing the app from your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
