• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The "Lifetime" purchase grants you unlimited access to premium features for the life of the application.

2. Premium Features

Upgrading to Housie Premium unlocks:

• Advanced Mortgage & ROI Calculators
• Unlimited Photo Storage
• iCloud Backup & Sync
• Customizable Inspection Checklists

3. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple Support.

4. Disclaimer

The financial calculations (ROI, Mortgage, Yield) provided by Housie are for estimation purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for investment decisions made based on these calculations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this App.
