By downloading or using Tap Beacon (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when sending messages.
• Do not use the App to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Tap Beacon prepares messages and opens the iOS share/SMS composer; you decide whether to send.

3. Purchases

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Prices may change. All billing, taxes, and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
