🚀 Getting Started

1. Grant Vidi access to your photo library when asked. Choose Full Access so Vidi can see every video.
2. Watch each video and tap Keep or Trash. Nothing is deleted at this point.
3. Open the Trash tab to look through everything you marked. Restore anything you changed your mind about.
4. Delete the rest in one go, and confirm when iOS asks.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

I deleted videos, but my storage didn't go down. Why?

This is the most common question, and it's expected behavior on iPhone. Deleted videos move to the Recently Deleted album, where iOS holds them for about 30 days as a safety net. They still take up space until that period ends.

To reclaim the space right away, open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted, then choose Select → Delete All. Be certain first, because that step cannot be undone.

I deleted a video by mistake. Can I get it back?

Usually, yes. Open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted, find the video, and tap Recover. This works for about 30 days after deletion. If you marked a video for trash but haven't deleted it yet, just restore it from Vidi's Trash tab instead.

Vidi isn't showing all of my videos.

There are two likely reasons:

• Limited photo access. If you granted access to only selected videos, Vidi can only see those. Fix it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Vidi → Full Access.
• You already reviewed them. Vidi hides videos you've already decided on so you don't see them twice. Kept videos live in the Kept tab.

Why can't I delete any more videos?

The free version includes 20 deletions in total. Once you've used them, upgrading to Vidi Pro removes the limit. Reviewing and keeping videos is always unlimited and free.

I bought Vidi Pro, but the features are locked.

Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll help.

Is Vidi Pro a subscription?

No. It's a single one-time purchase with nothing to renew or cancel.

Does Vidi upload my videos anywhere?

No. Vidi has no servers, no account system, and no analytics. Your videos are read on your iPhone and stay there. A video only leaves your device if you tap Share and send it somewhere yourself. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What does "biggest first" do?

It sorts your feed so the largest videos come up first, which is the fastest way to free up meaningful space. The Photos app doesn't offer this. It's a Vidi Pro feature.

Will deleting in Vidi affect my other devices?

If you use iCloud Photos, deletions sync across all devices on that account, the same as deleting from the Photos app.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
